Words of my Perfect teacher-3 ཀུན་བཟང་བླ་མའི་ཞལ་ལུང་། བཞི་པ།

『能ある鷹は爪を隠す』（のうあるたかはつめかくす）ということわざが日本語にあります。
これは、まさに日本っぽい表現だと思っています。
狩りをする鷹（たか）は、その鋭（するど）い爪（つめ）を見せない事から、能力のある人ほど、その能力をひけらかさないという意味です。

「ひけらかさない」というのは、得意（とくい）そうに見せることです。
つまり、日本では自分は他の人より優れていると思っても、決してそれを口にしてはいけないということです。

これは、小学生ぐらいから暗黙（あんもく）のルールとして教育されていきます。
例えば、学校の授業で算数の問題があったとします。その問題に簡単に答えられても、子供たちは静かにしていなくてはなりません。常に、先生からは「自分が分かっても黙（だま）っておきましょう」と注意されます。先生は「まだほかにやっている人がいます」「これは難しい問題です」とできる生徒の発言を抑制することがたびたびあります。

でも、黙っているだけでは、自分の能力に気付いてもらえないことが多いです。子供たちは、身近な大人や先生に自分の優れた能力に気付いてほしいと常にチャンスを狙っています。ただ、人より優れた能力は「さりげなく」アピールしなくてはいけないのです。大切なのは「さりげなく」アピールすることです。
これがアピールしすぎてしまうと、「目立ちすぎ」と言って嫌われる傾向にあります。自分の能力を堂々とアピールして褒められることは少ないのです。つまり『出る杭は打たれる』のです。（才能や手腕（しゅわん）がある人が目立つ行動をすると、他の人から憎（にく）まれ、非難（ひなん）されること）

このことは、日本の職場ではしょっちゅうあることです。そして、日本企業の就職面接の場においても、同じようなことがあります。
日本社会では「協調性」をとても重視します。なので、新入社員のグループ面接で、取り立てて大した発言をしなかった人が、合格するということはよくあることです。
では、優秀な人は、どんな表現をするのでしょうか。
彼らの口癖（くちぐせ）は「私なんてまだまだです」「私なんか大したことないです」「こんなの誰でもできますよ」「勉強はただ好きなだけです」という感じです。
不思議だと思いませんか。

私は日本生まれ、日本育ちですが、たまにこの謙遜しすぎる社会に疲れることがあります。

El Museo Nacional de la Revolución cuenta con tres áreas de exhibición: un Museo de sitio, donde se pueden apreciar las distintas etapas constructivas del Palacio Legislativo; una Sala de Exposiciones Temporales, donde periódicamente se exhiben diferentes muestras con temas específicos que complementan la información sobre el movimiento armado de 1910; y su Exposición Permanente, estructurada en orden temático y cronológico a través de ocho salas: La Consolidación del Estado mexicano, El Porfiriato, La Revolución democrática, La Revolución política, La Revolución popular, La Guerra Civil y la Constitución, Las bases del nuevo Estado mexicano y El Cardenismo

Entre sus principales atractivos está el conjunto de elementos escultóricos de fibra de vidrio y poliuretano que se ubican en la parte central del recinto y rinden homenaje a “La bola”, además de tener en sus vitrinas algunas de las principales piezas que conforman una de las colecciones más importantes en el país sobre el movimiento armado de 1910 y que cuenta con más de 3,300 objetos.

I'm going to talk about an article of newspaper, which is about one Japanese company that have been making it for 50 years! It... it is a narrow house with a red roof. It's usually put around kitchen for them!

先日、新聞を読んでいたら、こんな記事がありました。

アース製薬の「ごきぶりホイホイ」が、今春、発売５０年を迎えた。

５０年間、ずっと　ゴキちゃんを何とかしたい日本中の人たちが　使っていたということか～と感心していると、

記事と一緒に掲載されている１枚の写真に目が行きました。　その写真では、女性従業員が　右手にサウジアラビア向けHOYHOYを、左手にアメリカ向けHOYHOYを持って、にこやかに笑っています。

へえ～！！！

ごきぶりホイホイって日本だけじゃなくて、世界でつかわれていたんだ！

ホンダ、トヨタの車が世界で販売されているのは知っていたけど、こんなものまで…という驚きでいっぱいでした。

ところで、５０年というと、私より少し歴史が若いということになります。
それで、思い出したのですが、そういえば、私が子どものころは、ホイホイなかったな・・・
確か、ゴキブリやハエとかが出てきたら、ハエたたきを持って、パシッと一撃！　ハエたたきというのは、プラスティックでできた　長さが５０㎝ほどの棒の先に　約１０センチ四方ぐらいの板状のものがついているものです。それで、ゴキブリやハエを追いかけて、狙いを定めて、叩くのです。とても原始的なやり方で　家の中の害虫を　やっつけていました。

ときに大きめのゴキちゃんが、黒く光った羽をひろげて、パア～と飛んだりすると、もう絶叫です。「うきゃ～～！！！」って叫びながら、ハエたたきを握りしめて　逃げたものです。

それがあるときから、紙でできた赤い屋根の細長い家のおかげで、ずいぶんゴキちゃん事情が変わったと思います。ハエたたきで追いかけることも、ほとんどなくなったと思います。

今は、さらに進化したゴキちゃん用商品が出ているので、ほとんどゴキちゃんに会うことはなくなりました。でも、「１匹見たら、１００匹はいる」ということらしいので、たぶんどこかにたくさん潜んでいるのだと思います。

おーい、ゴキちゃん、勝手に人ん家に住まないで！家の人より大勢で住むなら　家賃払ってよね！
