余华先生的《活着》是我在初中的时候读的，当时在图书馆哭的泣不成声。想到了网上最近几年流行的一句话：“时代的一粒沙，落在个人身上就是一座山”。似乎每一代人都有需要面对的苦难、挫折、挑战，个体的命运在历史的洪流面前显得微不足道。
以下是节选：

1、没有什么比时间更具有说服力了，因为时间无需通知我们就可以改变一切。

2、以笑的方式哭，在死亡的伴随下活着。

3、人是为活着本身而活着，而不是为了活着之外的任何事物所活着。

4、人类无法忍受太多的真实。

5、做人不能忘记四条，话不要说错，床不要睡错，门槛不要踏错，口袋不要摸错。

6、生的终止不过一场死亡，死的意义不过在于重生或永眠。死亡不是失去生命，而是走出时间。

7、一个人命再大，要是自己想死，那就怎么也活不了。

8、少年去游荡，中年想掘藏，老年做和尚。

9、人啊，活着时受了再多的苦，到了快死的时候也会想个法子来宽慰自己。

10、我沉湎于想象之中，又被现实紧紧控制，我明确感受着自我的分裂。

11、内心让他真实地了解自己，一旦了解了自己也就了解了世界。

12、检验一个人的标准，就是看他把时间放在了哪儿。别自欺欺人；当生命走到尽头，只有时间不会撒谎。

13、只要一家人天天在一起，也就不在乎什么福分了。

14、人老了也是人，是人就得干净些。

15、鸡养大了变成鹅，鹅养大了变成羊，羊大了又变成牛。

16、人死像熟透的梨，离树而落，梨者，离也。

17、活着是自己去感受活着的幸福和辛苦，无聊和平庸；幸存，不过是旁人的评价罢了。

18、女人都是一个心眼，她认准的事谁也不能让她变。

19、人要是累得整天没力气，就不会去乱想了。

20、人都是一样的，手伸进别人口袋里掏钱时那个眉开眼笑，轮到自己给钱了一个个都跟哭丧一样。
