El Búnker.


Un arquitecto de renombre, conocido por sus diseños minimalistas y espacios abiertos, se refugia en su última creación: un búnker subterráneo moderno. Diseñado para soportar cualquier catástrofe, el búnker es una obra maestra de la ingeniería, pero también una prisión de concreto y acero.

Al principio, el aislamiento es estimulante. El arquitecto tiene todo lo que necesita para sobrevivir: alimentos, agua, energía y una biblioteca digital repleta de libros y películas. Sin embargo, a medida que pasan los días, la soledad comienza a corroer su mente.

Las paredes blancas y las luces fluorescentes se vuelven cada vez más opresivas. Los sonidos amplificados de los sistemas del búnker lo mantienen en constante alerta. Comienza a escuchar voces susurrantes, a ver sombras moverse en la oscuridad y a sentir la presencia de algo que lo observa.

Sus sueños se vuelven cada vez más vívidos y perturbadores. Sueña con criaturas grotescas que se arrastran por las paredes y con voces que le susurran secretos oscuros. Al despertar, encuentra marcas extrañas en su cuerpo y siente un frío intenso que lo recorre.

Conforme pasan las semanas, la línea entre la realidad y la ficción se difumina. ¿Está perdiendo la razón o hay realmente algo más en el búnker? Comienza a sospechar que el búnker no es solo un refugio, sino una especie de experimento. Quizás fue diseñado para estudiar los efectos del aislamiento en la mente humana.

El arquitecto descubre un diario oculto en una de las paredes. Es el diario de un arquitecto anterior que también se refugió en el búnker. En sus páginas, el arquitecto anterior describe experiencias similares: alucinaciones, paranoia y la sensación de ser observado.

Aterrado, el arquitecto se da cuenta de que está atrapado en un ciclo sin fin. Cuanto más intenta escapar de sus miedos, más profundos se vuelven. El búnker, diseñado para protegerlo, se ha convertido en su peor pesadilla.

好久没有跟大家分享了，因为过去几个月我非常忙。我去了很多地方，一边工作一边旅行。因为太忙了，有很多想做的事情一直没有时间做。如果你也跟我一样，在生活和工作中有拖延症，那今天的内容可能对你有一些帮助。我们来听一听吧。
我特别喜欢这三个定律啊，简洁高效，快速变优秀。
第一个叫萨盖定律。戴一块手表的人能够准确的知道时间，但戴两块手表呢，很可能就不知道是几点了。一个阶段的目标应该是明确的，想要太多信息太乱，只会打乱自己的节奏。
第二个，48小时定律。假如你有了一个决定了，但是没有在48个小时内去做，那大概率就不会再做了。拖延非常消耗我们的耐心和热情，想做什么就在48个小时之内去做掉，不要让美好无疾而终。
第三个，帕金森定律。一项任务呢，可以在10个小时完成，也可能4个小时就做完了，换句话来讲啊，暑假作业总是拖到最后一刻，工作和学习，也总是拖到最后一刻才搞定。给自己设定一个最后的期限，更专注更高效，把原本蹉跎掉的时间拿来享受生活。这多好呀。
