The last sentence was probably said by the interviewer, not by A, since -네(요) is a sentence ending expressing a new discovery. 회사들이 짱짱하네요 is like "It seems to me the companies (you work with) are all solid/fantastic ones".
The first sentence translation sounds a little off. The person is repeating what A said (it's the last sentence of your last post) since it was an interesting remark. 찌르면 나오는군요 = You're saying you get poked/jabbed and a dance comes out (as a reaction) - interesting.
