What do you think about wearing a special dress code in your job?
I remember when I started to work at my first job, I had to wear a special dress code, and perhaps it was really formal for my tasks, since I didn’t speak with any customer directly. Finally, the company reduced the exigence in the dress code, and it was only necessary for employees who had customer’s meetings.
Currently, I don’t have a special dress code, and I have some colleagues who wear different clothes with any restrictions. However, I think there are some sort of unwritten rules that we all know and respect it.
