Nowadays, Burn the midnight oil this issue becomes society has made it a problem in recent decades. More and more people have burned the midnight oil bad habit. It’s a really important issue, how to break stay up late. There is plenty of advice for how to improve us sleep. First, don’t to use digital screens after dark. If we can gradually decrease using a cellphone in after dark, we might get enough time amount of sleep. Second, Set an alarm is a good idea. People go to bed at the same time that avoids people staying up late. Stopping burn the midnight oil bad habit and making correct life schedule can keep us healthy.
