Happinness
Happiness is a abstract name.
Maybe, it's difficult to explain this word but I want to explain it
Hapiness is a beautiful concept. It's a sensational feeling.
I want to say many examples....
1. When you played with your cat and he is crazy because you reflect the laser in the wall,this is happiness.
2. When you kissed your girlfriend and you had in a cloud, you feeling happy.
3. When you belong to group of friends, you are happy. Youy have a place where you can be yourself
This concept is abstract but you can always feeling. Litlle things can do to change the world

Today I was busy but I didn't have a class in my University.
On morning, I studied my book "Generation of business models
Before I have gone with my couple to eat.
We have ate a paella. It's typical in my city. I live in Valencia)
On afternoon I went to gym.
Normally, I went two hours because I gone bycicle and musculation. I gone 4 days per week
Before I needed bananas but I didn't have money.
When I arrived at home, I have gone to supermarket.
Now, I am studying English. I am practising my writing

Fallas
I live in Valencia and here there are a typical party "Fallas"
Previously, people burned your furniture because they wanted to start again.
They burned the past and start new projects, events or new life.
Now, its the same concept but we used big monuments in the middle of place and we used fireworks to finished this 4 magical days

My passion
My passion is doing sport
I do sport since 10 years ago. Now, I study nutrition in my free time. I had a basical knowledge but step by step I learned more concepts.
For example, there are three types of bodies (ectomorfo, metomorfo and endomorfo). This depends of your genetics.
1) Ectomorfo is a person very thin. They can eat all type of foods but specially hydrates. They must increase your volume body.
2) Metomorfo is a person very strong. They have a perfect body, athletic. It's fantastical dream.
3) Endomorfo is a person very fat. They have a form of pear, many fat in your abdomen. They must decrease your volume body with protein and vegetables. Hydrates is tabboo
Nobody is a type specific. We are a convination of some types.

My process
5 years ago, I found this page and I improve my writing, but I never lose my fear to speak in English with other persons.
Now, I need to speak and hear/listen in this language because I have a subject in English (Strategy distribution) and I don't understand nothing jeje well, a few the word, but only 50% or more...
I want to write every day (maybe, 4 years per week jejeje) to improve my writing. Also, I am watching many series and movies in English. First, with subtitles.
