The video contains the following subjects: 00:00-01:05 Speaking English and Dutch, 01;05-03:20 The problems of learning Dutch you may encounter, 03:20-06:02 The languages i can speak at various levels. (*side not about the one negative comment. That day I needed to go to the hospital, it was a trial lesson with this student and he jumped straight to conlusions about me cancelling that lesson...) I am very patient. I think it's important to make it fun and not forced. We can talk about anything you want, i am interested in many things so i can learn a lot from you! Don't hesitate to ask questions, non questions are stupid. My favorite quote is "Cogito ergo sum"from Descartes, it reminds you about that we don't know anything in life but life itself and that we should always be open to new information because we will keep learning until we breath our last breath. My next favorite quote connects to the last one and goes like this "the more you know the more you know you don't know" from Aristotle. Which basically means that you have to realize how much you don't know. I am a full time online teacher for 5+ years now. I have helped hundreds of people and given thousands of online classes. So the prices are based on experience and high demand. Next to that we have a realistic break up of what I actually get, first the website takes a share, then the Dollar to Euro exchange rate, less Euro for your Dollar and then taxes. Inflation is also hitting us all these days.
