I know it might be "not so much attractive" to hear that someone is from Serbia or another Balkan country but the best thing about this is that I can teach you serbian, croatian, bosnian, montenegrian:-). I would say these languages are all the same with small regional differences and it is a kind of political issue that we all call it differently. I know that many people prefer native speakers, but it can sometimes be tricky. The native speakers are good teachers only if they are foreign langauge teachers, believe me. Then, I started teaching serbian for foreigners in France. It's a real challenge to find a method to explain your own language to foreigners. But once I've found it, I could see the progress my students were making. More then just a part time job now, I've been teaching French and Serbian online for 4 years.
