both are correct, but 잘 지내세요 is the formal/polite way which you can use with strangers,someone older than you..etc, and 잘 지냈어 is the informal way which you can use with your friends,family..etc ! :)

who am i and where is this?

بعد أن أدركت كيبيلي ما الذي فعلته ،ازداد غضبها ويأسها، وصرخت وبكت بشدة. رأت كيبيلي منظر الضيوف المجانين وهم يرقصون ويعزفون الموسيقى ويقومون بإيذاء أنفسهم, كان المكان مليئ بالدم والدمار ،بينما كانت جثة آتيس مرتمية على الأرض .
Cybele realized what she had done and her anger and desperation grew. She screamed and cried with despair and shouted with despair. Cybeles saw the scene, all the mad guests danced and played music and hurt themselves and the place was filled with blood and destruction. And Atis' dead body laid on the floor.
 شيئا  فشيئا تحول غضب كيبيلي إلى أمل، فاستجمعت كل قواها ونفخت حياة جديدة في جسم آتيس, وقامت بتحويله إلى أشجار غابة ولدت من جديد في الربيع وإلى شجر  
الصنوبر لا يفقد أوراقه أبدا.
Little by little Cybele's anger turned into hope, as she found all her strength and she blew a new life into Atis' body, and turned him into the forest trees reborn in spring and into the pine tree that never looses its leaves.

فكبر آتيس و عاش مع عائلة الماعز ،لكنه علم بأنه ماعز قبيح و غريب ، وبعد أن أدرك بأنه ليس بمكانه المناسب   قرر أن يترك عائلته. وتجول في فريخية و قابل العديد من الحوريات اللواتي أخبرنه بأنه ليس ماعز بل بشر، ووقعن في حبه. إلا أن وصل في يوم من الأيام إلى مدينة .بيسيونت، حيث التقى بإبنة ملك فريخية وتزوجا
So Atis grew up with the goat family, but he knew he was an ugly and strange goat. He decided finaly to leave his family as he realized that wasn't his place to be. He walked in Phrygia and met meany nymphs who told him he was not a goat but a human being and who fell in love with him. Until one day he arrived in the town of Pessinus where he met the daughter of the Phrygian king and they married.

وفي هذه الأثناء, كانت كيبيلي تجول العالم، ولكنها كانت حزينة لأنها فقدت نصفها الآخر. وبطريقة ما لقد علمت بأنها  قد كانت أغديستيس، لذا أصبحت تشعر بأنها غير كاملة. بالنهاية وصلت كيبيلي إلى فريخية و وجدت آتيس هناك، وعلمت بأن آتيس هو نصفها المفقود.
During this time, Cybele walked around the world and she was sad since she had lost half her being. In a way she knew she had been Agdistis and she now felt she was incomplete. She eventually arrived in Phrygia and found Atis there and she knew Atis was her missing half.
عندما رأت كيبيلي بأن آتيس كان على وشك أن يتزوج من أميرة فريخية، أصيبت بالجنون واجتاحها غضب عارم!فظهرت في حفلة الزفاف وجعلت كل الضيوف مجانين .وأصبح آتيس مجنون أيضا، وقام بإخصاء و قتل نفسه
When Cybele saw Atis was about to marry the Phryian princess she went mad and was filled with rage. So she appeared at the wedding party and made all the guests mad. Atis became mad too and castrated and killed himself.

it means that the boy has done something wrong or unacceptable so the teacher talked to him about it.
