    Dear All, Please take notice that the meeting about cutting cost is at 8 AM on December 7th in the meeting room . It is necessary to decrease some expenses such as too many print papers, work uniforms and traffic fee which can be saved by ourselves. We can put the saving money into every staff number bonus. So everyone who will be beneficial is kindly requested to attend the meeting on time.

    Dear Mr. ***** I write this email to ask about installing a TV system for our company. My company is a retail company and we sell clothes. Our boss thinks if we can have a model to show the fashion style and introduction for the clothes directly on the TV, it will be much better to attract more customers to purchase. Also, we want to know more detail about your system,as according to the space of the shop,we plan to set around 20 TV screens. If we purchase 20 TVs, do you have some discount to offer us? On the other hand, we would like to hear more information about training courses which can help me operate this system more easier.
