It was sunny today. This morning, I stumbled upon a new recipe online - a super easy baked potato. With all the ingredients on hand, I knew I had to give it a try.
First, I washed a potato, poked it with a fork a few times, and coated it with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Then, it went into the air fryer for a 40-minute bake at 180 degrees Celsius.
Once it did its time, I took it out, sliced it open to make a slit, and stuffed it with more salt, black pepper, and a generous chunk of cheese. Back into the air fryer it went for another 15 minutes, to melt the cheese and crisp up the skin.
Voila! A beautiful, golden-brown masterpiece emerged from the air fryer. Even Mom had to admit it was amazing. Looks like we've got a new side dish option from now on.
