In this class we are refining our language skills and constantly expanding our vocabulary. We may have discussions on a variety of topics, expressing our views and thoughts. I will make curated recommendations for work you can do outside of class that you may send to me for feedback. This class is suitable for intermediate and proficient speakers, for those wishing to explore culture, philosophy and generally refine their verbal and written language skills. Classes might be focussed on a specific topic or project either for work or school. For these classes I may create materials for the student to use from media we choose together. I will watch movies or series, listen to podcasts or music, read books and articles along with you for discussion, exploration and feedback. We may be reading textbooks, non-fiction or philosophical works or classics. In Conversation ++ we will continue enhancing expression and language flexibility.
