This lesson is designed for students who have a good basic knowledge of Spanish but need to bring it all together and get comfortable speaking Spanish. I'm a professional linguist and a certified teacher in Spanish, English, and French. I speak Spanish and English natively so my specialty is to bridge the gap between the two languages. You'll get a lot of speaking practice in Spanish and I'll help you organize your thoughts so you can get your message across 100% in Spanish. This lesson will deal with the "pretérito imperfecto" which describes habitual actions in the past. We'll compare habits in the past to habits now and we'll learn to use this tense in conversation. Ninety percent of the class is in Spanish but I'll provide English explanations to make the grammar and the structure more understandable.
