Movies are harder to understand than a book. The problem is that written English and spoken American English are very different, which makes is difficult to understand and speak like a native speaker. This advanced-level listening and accent training course focuses on language patterns in spoken American English and teaches students how to practice listening and accent reduction. Audio clips will be used to learn listening techniques, content selection, reduced speech, and connected speech. Students will practice the speaking patterns and receive feedback and suggestions.

Reduced accent begins with excellent listening skills and native speaking patterns. This interactive course encourages students to actively listen, evaluate speech, take notes, and speak using American English patterns.

Je kunt deze klas tot 24 uur voor de starttijd annuleren en terugbetaald krijgen.
