In this group class we will have a series of debates based on primarily business-related topics, but may also touch topics on technology, education and health. Likely to be 2-4 debate topics during one group class. Some examples of 'debate topics' include statements such as "Multinationals do more harm than good", "Happy employees do a better job", "Governments should invest in alternative energy sources" or more general topics such as "All people should have Universal Basic Income". These are just a few examples. I hope you too can think of some interesting topics to debate! Personally, I have a degree in International Business and a Masters degree in International Relations and have always enjoyed the art of debating about such intellectual topics.

This is for everyone wanting to really challenge themselves to think, and have fun along the way in a respectable way. My debate group classes are a rare opportunity to debate in English, which might be difficult to near impossible if you don't live in an English speaking country. As well as learn vocabulary around business and other related topics, students will learn some common phrases and expressions used in English during debates.
