As a community tutor here on Italki I have been helping people from many different countries to improve their skills in Portuguese. I love having conversations with the students to understand about their learning process and I try to help them with everything I can! You can feel free to ask questions and make mistakes because I truly understand how challenging it is to learn a new language. Portuguese is a complex language because of its pronunciation and grammar rules. But I can assure you it is not impossible to achieve fluency in Portuguese. I am here to help you get this.

I'm very patient with my students and I encourage them to make mistakes because that's the only way they can learn. Details are very important to me, so I tend to focus on them; things such as pronunciation, accent mark( if we are writing ), sentence structure are very important. I like to correct without interrupting so I usually let my students finish their sentence before giving them a tip.
