T：我的 爸爸他的 名字  Thomas。我的  妈妈 的 名字  Maggie。  我的 太太 的 名字  Bella。
M:  Tom, 你   有没有   妹妹？
T:    我 有 妹妹，她的 名字  Abbe。
M：我 也 有 妹妹。我 的 妹妹 的 名字 Melody。
T：我们 都 有 妹妹。
M：你  有没有  房子？
T：有。我 的 爸爸  妈妈 也 有。我 的 妹妹  没有，她 有 房间。
M：我  没有  房子。 你  妹妹  的 房间  大不大？
T：不太大。你 的   房间   大不大？
M：我 的  房间 太小了。

Tom is introducing his family to Mos.
T: My father, his name’s Thomas. My mother’s name Maggie. 
My wife’s name Bella. 
M: Tom, do you have younger sister?
T: I have sister. My sister’s name Abbe.
M: I also have younger sister. My Sister’s name Melody. 
T: Both of us have younger sisters.
M: Do you have a house?
T: Yes. My dad and mom also have. My younger sister doesn’t have,
 she has a room.
M: I don’t have a house. Is your sister’s room big or not? 
T: Not too big. Is your room big or not?
M: My room is too small.

こんにちは～！マルハバ！サウジの日本語の先生、佳子です＾＾
みなさんー！お元気ですか？私は元気ですよ～！今日は先日行った息子のいとこの誕生日パーティーについてお話ししたいと思います。

先週末、息子より2ヶ月早く生まれたいとこDちゃんの6歳の誕生日パーティーに行ってきました～！同い年ということもあって、息子はDちゃんと遊ぶのが大好き。なので今回のパーティーもとても楽しみにしていました。場所は、クッキングやダンス、ミュージックなど放課後の習い事や一般の子供向けの小さなプレイグラウンドを提供している施設で行われました。青を基調とし、とてもおしゃれできれいで居心地がいい空間でした。
そしてパーティーのテーマはプリンセス！ほとんどの女の子たちがプリンセスのドレスを着てやってきました。メイクもしていてほんとうにかわいかったですね。
今回のパーティーにはDちゃんのいとこ13人、DちゃんやDちゃんの妹のクラスメートなど10人、こども合計25人が参加しました。大人は女性オンリーです。こういうパーティーはほぼ確実に女性だけです。Dちゃんは夫のお兄さんの子供なので、奥さん側の姉妹のみなさんも来ていました。お兄さんの奥さんは7人兄弟の下から2番目なので、Dちゃんにはたくさんのいとこがいます。たくさん遊び相手がいてDちゃんはラッキーですね。
プレイグラウンドで自由に遊びつつも、途中ピエロが登場して一緒にゲームをしたり、フェイスアートをすることもできました。息子はピエロもフェイスアートにも興味がなかったので、終始プレイグラウンドで遊んでいました。
終盤にお待ちかねのケーキタイム。みんなでケーキを食べたり、一緒に写真を撮りました。
帰りに、小さなおもちゃが入ったバッグとスナックボックスをもらいました。他の国ではわからないですが、サウジの誕生日パーティーではこれがお決まりです。
素敵な空間で美味しいものも食べれて私も息子も大いに楽しみました！来年のパーティーも楽しみです。
