Antes de comenzar la lectura.


1. ¿Cuando tienes el tiempo libre normalmente que haces?



Presta atención a la lectura de tu profesor.


En vacaciones, el fin de semana o después del trabajo tienes tiempo libre para hacer ejercicio, llevar un pasatiempo o salir a divertirte.

Si eres deportista y te gusta el agua puedes nadar, si te gusta la nieve puedes esquiar. Si no dispones de mucho tiempo puedes correr o ir en bicicleta.

Hay quien prefiere quedarse en casa a ver la televisión, jugar videojuegos o navegar en Internet. Otras actividades para hacer dentro de casa cuando llueve o hace mucho frío son escuchar tu música favorita, leer un buen libro o aprender a tocar un instrumento. Puedes aprovechar tu tiempo libre para estudiar.

Si el tiempo es bueno, tal vez quieras ir de compras, salir con amigos a divertirse o pasar tiempo con la familia en algún lugar divertido para todos, como un parque de diversiones, el teatro o el cine. Aprovechar el tiempo libre es importante para tener una vida feliz.

Hoy en nuestro podcast vamos a recordar algunos de esos inventos en la historia de la música, y compartir algunos hechos sobre su origen.

When we talk about "screen time," we're often thinking about the effect that time spent on devices has on young people.

But what about the effect that those screens have on our eyes?

Whether you're using Instagram or Microsoft Excel, experts say that spending a lot of time looking at a screen isn't good for you.

But if you have to use a computer for work, what can you do to stay healthy?

Many eye experts say you should follow the "20-20-20 rule." This means taking a 20-second break every 20 minutes to look at something about 20 feet away — that's about 6 meters.

This gives your eyes a break and makes them change their focus from the screen that's near to you, to something that's farther away.

Make sure the screen is the right brightness, too. A screen that's too bright or too dark will make you strain your eyes. But your device can help you with this.

The idea is to reduce the amount of blue light that your eyes are getting, something that "night mode" on your device does. And some companies now sell blue light glasses that can help.

Sitting the right distance from the screen is also a good idea: at least 50 centimeters away is often given as a suggestion.

If you find you're moving close to the screen and straining your eyes to see, you could try making the fonts on your screen larger.

And don't forget to blink! Blinking stops your eyes from getting dry and it can also help to reduce eye strain.

- Te aconsejo que vayas a la terminal de transporte norte y compres un tiquete Peñol – Guatapé con la empresa de buses sotrasanvicente, Para dirigirte a la terminal, puedes aprovechar el metro de la ciudad de Medellin y bajarte en la estación Caribe.
