On Sunday, my good friend Bai Xue and I went to a restaurant for lunch. This restaurant is very special which has Chinese food and American food. The waiter gave us two glasses of water, and she asked what we needed. 
I ordered rice and two dishes, and Bai Xue ordered a hamburger and French fries. I asked Bai Xue, do you think American food or Chinese food is better? She said, I like them all!
After lunch, we went to have fruit tea, which was delicious and cheap. We feel so happy!

So today I want to talk to you about… This is the last day of January of the New Year 2023. And I just had a problem this morning. I was trying to download some software, I was trying to install software on my computer and I ran out of internal storage. And so I had my computer failed to install the software. And, I wanted to make the analogy of the human brain. And the computer. So a lot of times we feel stressed out and we have lots of things going on. In our mind our mind is completely full, feels like it's running without any extra storage space.
