Today we will learn 3 phrases with ’请=qing3=please‘ which would be very convenient in your work.

11、请进– Come in, please，请坐– Have a seat, please，请说– Please say it

これはよく生徒さんに聞かれる質問です。この二つの「すみません」は確かに多少違いがあるんです。

10、“对不起”VS“不好意思”  = 「对不起」と「不好意思」はどう違いますか？

My students always ask me this question. I have to say, there’re some differences indeed.

When you are too tired to wait for a table during meal time, and you want to ask if you can share the table with others, you may say’不好意思，可以拼桌吗？(bù hǎo yì si , kě yǐ pīn zhuō ma?)-Excuse me, would you mind sharing the table?’ ‘拼’ means ‘put together’, so several people using one table actually indicates putting these people together.
