Astăzi am terminat de citit ,,Lecții de chimie”, o carte ce mi-a fost dăruită de @radioseven și pentru care le mulțumesc foarte mult! 
  Cred că dacă ești femeie, e imposibil ca această carte să nu te impresioneze: când vezi cât de puține drepturi aveau femeile, cum erau tratate ca niște persoane inferioare bărbaților, cum nu aveau dreptul de a fi ceea ce își doresc și cum nu erau auzite de nimeni atunci când încercau să strige nedreptățile la care au fost supuse.
 Și atunci mă întreb: e clar că acum am făcut un progres enorm față de anii ‘60 - drept dovadă, eu studiez medicina- dar oare am scăpat de toate nedreptățile la care sunt supuse femeile? Oare nu am auzit de foarte multe ori chiar și în zilele noastre: ,, Ea este femeie, ea trebuie să facă mâncare, curățenie!”. Sunt conștientă că unele diferențe dintre sexe sunt naturale și că trebuie să existe în continuare, dar a face curățenie, mâncare, a fi atent la nevoile celui de lângă tine, cred că nu ține de apartenența la un anumit sex. 
O carte plăcută, ușoară, dar care m-a tulburat și pe care am savurat-o! O recomand cu căldură! ♥️📚

Детектив Иван давно был подписан на молодого преступника Сашу в Инстаграме. Следователь знал, что Саша не соблюдает режим дня, поздно ложится и встаёт, не работает, но любит дорогие вещи и часто их покупает, что каждый день показывает своим подписчикам. Все знали, что парень придерживается однозначной позиции, которую он формулировал в виде трёх законов: 1) деньги сами должны лететь к человеку в руки, и делать ничего не нужно; 2) следовать правилам глупо, они написаны для дураков; 3) всегда следи за руками других, чтобы тебя не обманули, и смотри, чтобы за твоими руками никто не следил. Как можно догадаться, он был настоящим вором!
В одно утро Иван решил проследить за Сашей. Он постарался соблюсти все нюансы детективной слежки: надел чёрный спортивный костюм, серые кроссовки, чтобы все считали его простым бегуном из парка. По дороге он присоединился к команде бегущих школьников и просто следовал за ними. Пробегая мимо дома Саши, Иван заметил тёмную фигуру и решил последовать за ней.

I believe that many people, especially geek ones (like developers , statistician, etc ), sometimes need to deliver message to non-technical ones who are in different field. They may struggle communicating to each other.

Most people might understand that Public Speaking is talking on stage towards 100 or 1000 audiences. I, however, argue that it is formal, face-to-face talking of a single person to a group of ones. Though, I will, in this blog, focus on presentation.

There are two main types of communication, which are:

Verbal Communication such as controlling Tone of Voice
and
Non Verbal Communication like Body Language

Speakers, who can control their tones of voice, could manipulate listeners’ feelings and emotion. Most human do not know what type of their voices is, its nature and how can it be exploit. 

It is a good opportunity to share my knowledge and you may adapt it, listen your own voice, and adapt it for the sake of better communication.

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

この前話した冬の運動の話の続きです。
北海道では、1月2月3月と雪がたくさん降ります。
ぼくはランニングをするのが好きですが、今の時期はさすがに走っていません。走ることはできますが、雪が道路に残っているので、すべりそうで怖いです。なので走っていません。とはいえ、何もしなければどんどん体重は増えるばかりなので、他の運動をしたいと思っていろいろと考えていました。

結果、自宅でエアロバイクをレンタルする、ということにしました。それで、今日、そのエアロバイクが届きました。組み立てて、使ってみました。一応、負荷を変えられるようになっているので、いろいろ変えてみましたが、最大の負荷にしても、そんなに重くなりませんでした。でも、長い時間走っているとそれなりに筋肉は使うので、何もしないよりは全然良いなと思いました。

ちょっと続けて使ってみないと効果があるかはわかりませんが、家の中で安全な環境で、YouTube見たり、Duolingoで言語学習をしたりしながら、運動ができると思うとめっちゃ良いなと思います。

これをきっかけに最近できていなかった運動をがんばろうと思います！
