今回はモチベーションを保つ方法について。
みなさんは、同じモチベーションで続けていることはありますか？

私はありません！笑
モチベーションを持ち続ける、保つのはとてもむずかしいですね。でも、最近よく思うことがるので、そのことについて話します。

モチベーションを保つには、一緒にがんばる人を見つけることが大切だと思います。

最近、私は同じオンライン日本語教師のAkari さんと一緒にPodcastをとりました。68のPodcastで聞けますのでぜひ聞いてください。Instagramから知り合ったAkari さんはとても経験があり、私にとって、とても良い出会いです。仕事やそれ以外の話など、いろんな話ができて、視野が広がります。

また、日本語教師の学校では、私より20歳ほど年上の方々と一緒に日本語を教える為の勉強をしています。人生の先輩たちと話す時間はとても良い刺激があります。私の知らないことをたくさん知っているので、たくさんの発見があります。

同じ目標を持った人たちと会話をすることで、刺激をもらったり、不安を聞いてもらったり。相手の話を聞いて、はげましたり。そうやって協力しながら学習をすると、モチベーションが上がったり、つづいたりします。

日本語の学習を続けたい方は、ぜひ私といろんな話をしましょう！どんなことでもいいので、話し続けることが大切です。

私も英語のレッスンを受け続けています。
簡単には上手くならないですが、やめると、もっと下手になるので、やめずに続けています。

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。


北海道旅行の話の続きです。

1日目は千歳から帯広まで車で移動しました。
180キロを3時間ちょっとで移動しました。

そして、1日目はホテルやAirbnbではなく、道の駅、というところで車中泊をしました。

道の駅、というのは、日本の普通の道路ぞいにあります。
特に地方など移動距離が長い場所にあります。

最近は車中泊をして良い道の駅もあります。
1日目は帯広の道の駅で車中泊をしました。

車中泊ができる道の駅は、とても安全で安心です。
24時間使えるトイレがあります。
ライトもついているので、暗くなくて安心できます。

僕たちははじめて車の中で寝ました。

ちょっとつかれるかなと思っていましたが、思っていたよりも快適でした。しっかり寝ることもできました。

そして2日目です。

朝は早めに起きて、近くのスターバックスに移動して、少しゆっくりしました。平日の朝、人が少ない時間にスターバックスでゆっくりできるのはとても好きです。

気持ちがいいですね。
