今、日本は2022年12月31日夜10時です。何とか、このお話を今年中におとどけできそうで、よかった！なぜなら、うちは今日、息子たちが帰ってきて、お正月（しょうがつ）の準備や料理に大忙（おおいそが）しだったからです。こうやって忙しくなるのはわかってたから、29日に薬師寺（やくしじ）というお寺に行ってきました。今年1年をふりかえって、来年何がしたいか、静（しず）かに考（かんが）えるためです。108個の、悪い心をきれいにしたら、私の願いはかなうかな？

Some of us may be shy and timid to output and express ourselves openly but if you want a promotion, a raise in your salary - it is a must.

There are few ways to do it and in this small recording there is a listening practice for you and practical suggestion on how to 'get out of your shell'.
