今回もみなさんに質問があります。

年末の特別な食べ物はありますか？

日本では年末に年越しそば、年始におせちなどを食べます。
今回のPodcastでは、年越しそばについて、話します。


そばは細く長く伸びるので長生きや健康を願うために食べました。

また、そばの切れやすさから、その年の大変だったことを断ち切るために食べました。

どちらにしても、翌年がいい年になるように、という思いで食べるんですね。

ぼくは今トルコにいるので食べられないですけど、毎年年末には年越しそばを食べていました。

昔はそういう意味はあまり考えずに食べていました。
年末といえばそば！という感じですね。
