今日は6/24、金曜日。
天気は雨。とても強く降っています。
気温は、17℃。

ですので、今日は家で録音しています。



今日はオンラインコーヒーショップをしている理由について話します。

僕は去年まで、20年間、コーヒーチェーンで店長として働いていました。ですので、コーヒーがとても好きです。

コロナ禍になり、自宅でコーヒーを焙煎しはじめました。
焙煎したてのコーヒーを飲む機会がほとんどなかったので、香りの良さにとても驚きました。

その体験から、この気持ちをいろんな人に味わってもらいたくて、オンラインのコーヒーショップを立ち上げました。

オーダーが入ってから、1人1人のコーヒーを焙煎して、送っています。

時間はかかりますが、香りが良いので、とても幸せな時間です。

届いたコーヒーを喜んでくれる方もたくさんいるので、とても嬉しいです。

これからも、誰かの毎日を香り豊かにできるようなコーヒーを届けたいと思います。
