        自我肯定感低的人会没有自信，害怕被别人嫌弃，因此他们总会让自己必须做好一切事，认为自己应该让所有人都喜欢，这让他们非常痛苦。
        在这种情况下，有一种方法可以让自我肯定感低的人变得快乐起来，那就是“343法则”。就是说10个人当中喜欢你的人有3个，不喜欢也不讨厌你的人有4个，不喜欢你的人有3个，也就是说喜欢你和不喜欢也不讨厌你的人一共有7个。
