①懂穿
女朋友问我：你怎么总是这一款裤子？
她说的是高腰阔腿裤。因为舒服，还显腿长。
盛行低腰的那些年，我的衣柜里也没有请进一条低腰裤。
在我看来，流行是一回事，适合自己是另一回事。
选衣服和选男人在某一纬度同理：
别人眼中的标准终究是别人的，舒不舒服，合不合适，只有自己最清楚。

“It Girl”这个说法是我们这个行业创造出来的。
是说某个女孩，不是明星，也不是百分百常规美人，就因为会打扮而成为时尚媒体和时装品牌的座上宾。
她们穿的衣、用的包可以大卖，从而引导消费潮流。
即使做不成“It Girl”，也必须做一个懂穿的女人。
买买买，再会买的女人也明白，买得好和穿得好还是有一段距离的。
穿得繁复，永远不如穿得简单。买得好是加法，穿得好是减法。
有能力买品质好、设计好的名牌自然是好事，但把好气质穿出来，并非是每个买得起名牌的人都做得到的事情。
穿得好在衣装，也在人，衣服是心灵的另一种语言，在什么人身上说什么话。
不要小看一个懂得穿着的女人，穿衣之心机，放之四海而皆准，至少说明这是个在意自己的女人。
穿得好看是为了给自己看，别人的评论都是过眼烟云，最美的秘诀是自信。
最好的朋友是镜子，镜子其实偷偷告诉了我们所有的穿衣秘密。
再忙每天也要在镜子前花三分钟打量自己。
穿衣打扮是一堂永恒的课，只要你不放弃臭美，就没有下课的时候。
年轻时、长发飘飘时、身材苗条时，穿得好看可以当“It Girl”；
年纪大了、皱纹有了、身材不再曼妙了，穿得好看才见真功夫。
“靡不有初，鲜克有终”，这八个字同样适用于女子的穿衣打扮：
穿得好，且自始至终、从少到老地穿得好，堪称魅力女人的第一条件。
懂穿，算是一个女人最基本的生存法则吧。
懂穿，才懂生活；拼搏，是为了穿得更美、生活得更美好。
②小黑裙
一个二十岁的女孩子问：想买一条有女人味道又不失青春朝气的裙，那条裙的样子是？
一个三十岁的女孩子问：想买一条三十而立气质如兰的裙，那条裙的样子是？
一个四十岁的女孩子问：想买一条胖瘦皆宜提神挺拔的裙，这条裙的样子是？
我的答案是同样的三个字：小黑裙。我喜欢的三个女人，都是小黑裙的最佳代言。
20世纪20年代，香奈儿女士创造了小黑裙。
在她之前，黑色裙子被社会认为是“丧衣”，女人们平时不会穿着一条黑色连衣裙上街。
香奈儿打破了人们对黑色裙子的认知。
她穿着自己设计的小黑裙，宽松的直线轮廓，漆黑如墨的颜色，亭亭而立的身材，睿智聪明的谈吐，在巴黎上层社交场合低调得光彩夺目。
20世纪60年代，奥黛丽·赫本在《蒂凡尼的早餐》中所穿的那条纪梵希小黑裙，是人们熟知的、最难忘的小黑裙经典形象。
20世纪90年代，戴安娜王妃再次让小黑裙大放异彩。
戴安娜有好看的香肩，有迷人的长腿，小黑裙将她的身材衬托得不可方物。
每次打开衣柜，看到自己不同年龄段的小黑裙，只觉光阴似箭又如何，一路都有心爱的小裙相伴。
那些和小黑裙有关的回忆，在时光的穿梭中，从未被淡忘。
小黑裙很亲民，贵贱皆宜。
我穿过一两百元的小黑裙，有很多条一两千元的小黑裙，也穿过万元的小黑裙。
小黑裙很百搭。
无论高矮胖瘦，都可以在不同款式中找到适合你的一条；
年轻年长，都可穿出不同的韵味，是衣柜里最无惧年龄的一款衣。
配开衫、配西装、配风衣；
穿高跟、穿平跟、穿白球鞋，小黑裙尽在掌握，不同搭配呈现不同的美。
小黑裙很简约。
说到底它就是一件连衣裙，黑色的连衣裙，给了配饰无限的展示空间。
一副灵巧的耳环，一条夺目的项链，一枚别致的胸针，一双精美的鞋子，画龙点睛，与小黑裙相映成辉。
优雅是唯一不会褪色的美。
若将这句话放进赫本的衣橱里，简直就是对小黑裙的最高赞美。
不过时，不褪色，唯小黑裙的优雅，永存。
③人穿衣的秘密
女人穿衣的自信不是天生的。
要认真照很多年镜子，认真看很多年时装杂志，认真做美学领域的很多功课，看艺术展、逛美术馆，培养自己的审美品位，才会从衣穿人，变成人穿衣。
每一张好图片，每一个巧妙的设计细节，看了，爱了，就记住了。
久而久之，眼里就有了美的标尺，心里就有了美的定义。
曾经觉得自己只穿一件白T恤实在好普通，好不自信，满街姑娘都是这么穿，一点都不独特；
若干年之后的某一天，我穿的还只是一件白T恤，周围的朋友称赞：
穿得有范儿，白T恤都可以这么有味道。
秘密在那件白T恤。
秘密也不在那件白T恤。
你脸上有光，眼中有自信，心里有底气，一件白T恤，只是你向外界传达丰富内心语言的承载体。
那件白T恤的logo是香奈儿也好，是江南布衣也好，你和衣服合体而生的光芒，让别人忘记去翻logo。
这就是穿衣最好的境界，你身上的衣服，越来越有“你”的味道。
锦衣华服不显招摇，白T恤牛仔也可以静静地闪耀
比如质地、剪裁、设计，和那一点点语言难以描绘的、只有你的身体可以感受到的服帖与温暖，只有你的精神可以感受到的默契与相知。

What is Pink Noise and How To Use It For Concentration?

Pink noise is a type of sound that contains equal energy per octave.

In simple terms, it is a type of noise with more low-frequency energy than high-frequency energy. 

The term "pink noise" comes from the analogy with the color spectrum, where pink light has lower frequencies than white light.

Pink noise is different from white noise, which has equal energy per frequency. White noise sounds like static and has equal intensity across all frequencies, making it sound somewhat harsh and flat to the human ear.

The benefit of pink noise lies in its balanced frequency distribution, which makes it useful for various applications:

Sound masking: Pink noise can be used to mask background sounds, making it easier to concentrate, relax, or sleep. Its balanced energy across different frequencies helps to cover a wide range of ambient noises without being overly distracting.

Testing and calibration: In audio and acoustic testing, pink noise is often used to analyze and calibrate audio equipment and speakers. Its balanced frequency distribution ensures that each frequency band is adequately tested and adjusted.

Tinnitus relief: Some studies have suggested that pink noise might help alleviate the symptoms of tinnitus (ringing in the ears) by reducing the perception of the ringing sound.

Sleep aid: Pink noise has been linked to improving sleep quality and enhancing deep sleep stages. Listening to pink noise during sleep may help some individuals fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Cognitive benefits: There is ongoing research into whether pink noise can improve cognitive functions such as memory and focus. Some studies have indicated that it might have a positive impact on brain activity.
