Sylvie retourne à la maison pour retrouver Georges. Elle voit de la lumière dans la maison. Elle
s’approche et entre dans la maison. A l’intérieur se trouvent sa famille et ses amis. Ils lui disent
qu’ils sont là pour rechercher Georges. 

Sylvie ne comprend pas. Ils partent à la recherche de Georges, mais ils la laissent toute seule. Elle retourne à la maison et la créature est dans la cuisine. Elle lutte avec la bête. Sylvie découvre que c’est son père qui s’est déguisé. C’est une blague ! 

C’est l’anniversaire de Sylvie. Son cadeau d’anniversaire, c’est la maison du lac qui sera sa maison de vacances.

Sit Less, Move More, Live Longer, Says Study
As a new year begins, many of us have been making plans for the months ahead — things we want to do, places we want to go, and parts of our lives we want to change.

And one study from 2022 has some simple advice to share that we might be able to use in 2023: sit less, move more.

Okay, so it's not a new message, but the researchers found that the results of their large study provide more evidence that long periods of sitting are bad for our health.

This is true across the world, but especially in lower-income countries, they said.

The researchers followed more than 105,000 adults — aged between 35 and 70 — for an average of around 11 years.

They looked at how much time the participants — who were from 21 different countries — spent sitting down each day.

And they also wanted to know about their health as the years passed. In total, there were more than 6,200 deaths and almost 5,700 cases of serious heart problems during the study.

Using this information, the researchers found that people who said they sat for eight or more hours per day were at a much higher risk of early death or serious heart disease.

These people were increasing their risk by as much as 20%, according to the researchers, but they added that doing exercise could help reduce these risks.

Scott Lear, who was one of the study's authors, said: "It's a global problem that has a remarkably simple fix. Scheduling time to get out of that chair is a great start."

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

さて、今日は、夏の風物詩、ふうぶつし、について話します。

風物詩とは、その季節を感じるもの、です。
この季節といえばこれ、という感じです。

まぁ、だいたいは夏の風物詩、花火の話をする時に使います。

日常生活の会話で使うわけではないですが、ニュースやテレビなどで聞くと思います。

それで、あらためて、夏の風物詩、といえば、ほとんどの人は花火、と言うと思います。

それぐらい、日本人は夏の花火大会や祭りが好きです。

ぼくは7月の終わりに、北海道から地元の大阪へ引越をしました。大阪に久しぶりに戻ってきて、日本語教師の仲間と一緒にご飯を食べて、いろんな話をしました。

その時に、花火大会の話になり、改めて日本人にとって、夏の花火大会は生活の一部になっているなぁ、と感じました。



それで少しだけ花火大会の始まりについて調べてみました。

打ち上げ花火のはじまりは、江戸時代だそうです。
1733年に隅田川で行われた水神祭がそのはじまりです。

その当時、飢饉・疫病が流行り、たくさんの人が亡くなっていました。

その慰霊のために祭がひらかれ、打ち上げ花火があげられました。

もとはそういった、暗い気持ちを取り払う目的から始まった花火は、夏の川開きなどの行事と結びつき、今は夏を楽しむ1番の行事になっているようです。

特に8月は毎週末、いろんな場所で、たくさんの花火大会があります。夏の夜に少しだけ涼しさを感じながら、(いや、ぜったい暑いですが、楽しめるものとして定着しました。

今この時期に日本に旅行に来ている方や、日本で生活を始めた方は、ぜひぜひ、旅行先や住んでいる場所の花火大会を探して行ってみてくださいね！

もちろん、人はたくさんいますし、電車もめっちゃ混みますので、気をつけて行ってくださいね！

北海道から大阪に帰ってきて、夏を感じたので、今回はこんなトピックにしました。
