 У нас в семье́ мно́го дома́шних пито́мцев: соба́ка, ко́шка, черепа́ха, хомяки́, попуга́й и ры́бки. Соба́ку зову́т Дружо́к, кота́ зову́т Му́рзик, а черепа́ху зову́т Чупа. Я их всех люблю́.
Одна́жды Дружо́к съел на да́че лягу́шку. Мы испуга́лись и пое́хали с ним в ветерина́рную кли́нику. Врач сказа́л, что всё хорошо́, и е́сли Дружо́к съел лягу́шку, то она́ пошла́ ему́ на по́льзу. Но мне жа́лко лягу́шку!
У живо́тных вре́мя идёт быстре́е, чем у люде́й. Дружо́к мла́дше меня́, но счита́ется взро́слым. А коту́ Му́рзику 18 лет, и он уже́ ста́рый, как де́душка.
Я спроси́ла ма́му, почему́ Му́рзик не лы́сый, как де́душка? 
Ма́ма объясни́ла, что ко́шки и соба́ки не лысе́ют, а линя́ют – теря́ют ста́рую шерсть, а но́вая растёт сно́ва.
— А черепа́хи, – спра́шиваю, то́же линя́ют?
— Черепа́хи  не линя́ют. Они́ всегда́ лы́сые.
Я люблю́ на́шу черепа́ху Чу́пу. Я попроси́ла ма́му купи́ть ей хомяко́в.
 — Заче́м черепа́хе хомяки́? – не поняла́ ма́ма.
— Мы поста́вим кле́тку о́коло аква́риума и черепа́хе не бу́дет ску́чно. 
Ма́ма согласи́лась и купи́ла хомяко́в. И тепе́рь черепа́ха и хомяки́ мо́гут смотре́ть друг на дру́га. А я смотрю́ на них.
Я люблю́ игра́ть с Дружко́м на дива́не, хотя́ он и линя́ет. Но пото́м я убира́ю шерсть щёткой и пылесо́сом.
Па́па сказа́л, что дома́шние пито́мцы научи́ли меня́ забо́титься о тех, кого́ я люблю́. Ма́ма пошути́ла, что когда́ мы пое́дем во Фра́нцию и они́ с па́пой  пойду́т в рестора́н и бу́дут есть лягу́шек, я бу́ду волнова́ться за ма́му с па́пой, как за Дружка́. 
Но ведь я волнова́лась не то́лько за Дружка́, но и за лягу́шку…

En este episodio vas a conocer algunos aspectos de la cultura argentina que se encuentran intrínsecamente relacionados con la cultura italiana. Este podcast está recomendado para estudiantes de español con un manejo avanzado del idioma.

¿Alguna vez escuchaste hablar del lunfardo? Es una jerga hablada en Arg. con una base preponderantemente italiana. Y es que palabras como “laburo”, “pibe” y “morfar”, derivan de sus expresiones originarias de Italia “lavoro”, “pivetto” y “morfa”.
Este aspecto lingüístico es sólo una de las tantas herencias culturales que hemos recibido de nuestros ancestros italianos y al día de hoy continuamos manteniendo.
Según datos del Gobierno de CABA, casi la mitad de los argentinos tiene sangre italiana, cerca de 700 mil poseen doble ciudadanía y son más de 1000 las instituciones y asociaciones italianas activas en Arg., algo inédito a nivel mundial.
Caminando por los barrios, principalmente de la provincia de Bs. As., es muy común encontrar sociedades de fomento italianas, donde el rezago de los inmigrantes nativos, sus respectivas progenies y simpatizantes de la cultura, comparten habitualmente eventos y actividades.
Asimismo, también es normal encontrar institutos de difusión de la cultura italiana, donde se imparten cursos y eventos sobre la lengua, el arte, viajes al país europeo, entre otros.
La cultura italiana está, aún hoy, muy presente en la cocina argentina. A través de las milanesas, los ñoquis, el aroma de los tucos caseros que se siente al pasar por las veredas, los entrañables crostoli y scones cuyas recetas hemos heredado, son sólo algunos ejemplos.
Y como es mundialmente sabido, los italianos tienen fama de hablar con las manos. Esto también se ve reflejado en el país latino, ya que los argentinos hemos heredado definitivamente esta costumbre de nuestros antepasados mediterráneos. Por eso, si vemos a un argentino pellizcando sus dedos o gesticulando mucho con sus brazos es, muy probablemente, un síntoma de su herencia tana.
