Why seeing yourself negatively compared to others in a job interview process_
Omschrijving
Why seeing yourself negatively compared to others in a job interview process?
If we can relate this 'perception' way to your job interview process - how will you sell yourself effectively?
We’ve all been there – scrolling through social media, seeing picture-perfect lives, and feeling a pang of envy. It’s easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others, but it’s a habit that rarely leads to anything positive. So, why should you stop measuring yourself against others?
When you constantly compare yourself to others, you focus on what you lack rather than appreciating what you have. Imagine being a boss and inteviewing you with this 'perception model'. Would you hire you?
Of course not, this type of world's view can lead to a sense of dissatisfaction and unhappiness, preventing you from enjoying the present moment and all the good things in your life. The only time we have is NOW, if comparing ourself to others takes away our NOW - what is the point of living? :)
In the podcast I am sharing some ideas that will help you break free from this habit - turning you into success magnet because you've decided to 'craft' new reality.
Dive into it now and if you want to learn to trust your senses more and get more relaxed on consistent basis - listen to my "Grounding & Centering Exercice" - it's a meditation practice to allow you to tap into the NOW and feel more bliss and hapiness.
