Q: 你会说什么语言？（What languages can you speak?）
nǐ huì shuō shén me yǔ yán ? 
or你会说什么话？
nǐ huì shuō shén me huà ?
A: 我会说英语和一点儿普通话。（I can speak English and a little Mandarin.）
