皆(みな)さんはやる気(き)が出(で)ないことってありませんか。やる気がある時(とき)はいいです。何(なに)も考(かんが)えなくても、めちゃくちゃ集中(しゅうちゅう)できます。でも、やる気がない時、やりたくないなぁという時。
私は結構(けっこう)そういうことが多(おお)いです。でも、やらなければならないことがたくさんあって、「やる気スイッチを入(い)れたいのですが、どこにありますか？」と探(さが)していました。そんな時、Twitterで、ある記事(きじ)を見(み)つけました。その記事には、「やる気スイッチはやり始(はじ)めないとスイッチが入(はい)らない」と書(か)いてありました。やりたくないなぁと思(おも)って、やる気が出(で)るのを待(ま)っているより、さっさとやり始める方(ほう)が、速(はや)くやる気になるそうです。その記事(きじ)を見(み)てから、私(わたし)はできるだけ何(なに)も考(かんが)えないでやり始(はじ)めるようにしています。そのおかげで、やらなきゃ、でもやりたくないなぁと、無駄(むだ)に悩(なや)む時間(じかん)が少(すく)なくなりました。それってとてもストレスフリーになります。結局(けっきょく)やる気スイッチは、皆(みな)さんの頭(あたま)の中(なか)にあるということです。

Un matin, pourtant, je suis tombé dans un trou de la glace, au milieu des poissons. Heureusement qu’un phoque m’a poussé avec son nez, sinon j’y serais resté !
