What is โ€œ์•„ ๋งž๋‹ค!โ€ in Korean? โ€œAh!" is an exclamation used when someone realizes something suddenly. Simple, right? Then what about "๋งž๋‹ค"(matda)? Actually, "๋งž๋‹ค" is a verb that means "to correspond or match with something else without conflicting in action, opinion, or situation." In English, you could say "It's correct. Itโ€™s right." However, Korean people use the expression "๋งž๋‹ค" when suddenly remembering something. If you realize something you forget and you remember it, you can say "์•„, ๋งž๋‹ค!" Donโ€™t forget this! ์•„ ๋งž๋‹ค! Here's a caution! "๋งž๋‹ค" is not an adjective but a verb. In the case of Korean verbs, '-๋Š”๋‹ค' should be added instead of '-๋‹ค' to form "๋งž๋Š”๋‹ค" (matneunda). However, Koreans use "๋งž๋‹ค" more often. It may be grammatically incorrect, but it's used this way most of the time. โœ”K-Universe 1on1 Class: https://www.italki.com/teacher/9928310
