You can find native English speakers who are learning your language [Armenian] and *approach them individually to ask if they are interested in a language exchange. *This can be difficult if they have chosen a setting which does not allow other Italki users to contact them unless they are already 'friends'.

I have same idea,I want to find a native speaker,not pay for a lesson.Useless App.
