Hi, the meaning of “go further” and “go even further” is to progress/advance in life, work, and et.
When you add even it means to progress/advance more.
Examples for progress and advance are: You will go further in life by getting your bachelor’s degree.
Then after saying that you say:
You will go even further in life by not only getting your bachelor’s degree, but also getting good grades.
Another way to understand is to think of the word “farther”, which comes from the word “far” and is to describe physical distance.
“Further” is to describe figurative distance, like “go further in your life/job” meaning move forward in your life/job.
