A "you problem" means a problem with YOU! It means the cell phone user is the problem, not the device nor social media or tech companies, as some might suggest.

Actually, "you" is the adjective describing the type of problem.
* it's a big problem
* it's a strange problem
* it's a financial problem
* it's a you (kind of) problem
* it's a me problem
In other words, it's saying that there is a problem, but the problem is with you. It's your fault, and you need to fix yourself, not fix the technology.
