Which one is grammatically correct and sounds more natural??
1) I have a huge preference for Panjabis, which are the best outfits for South Asian men. Nowadays, Panjabis look more like three-piece suits because they are heavily embroidered. Panjabis already have some three-pieceish features, and them being heavily embroidered just gives me one more reason to call them three-piece suits.

They don’t seem to have the exact same meaning. But the second is better and good. ‘Three-pieceish’ is a valiant try but truly doesn’t work for my ear.

Definitely the 2nd one. Personally I’d say ‘some features of the three-piece suit’. It just sounds more natural
