It’s overcast today. Recently we’ve seen many tiny cockroaches appear out of nowhere at our home. To deal with them, my dad bought a tube of Bayer Premise. It looks like toothpaste, but it kills efficiently. According to the instructions, instead of killing the pests instantly, it allows them to stay alive for a short while to carry the poison back to their nests. Then they will infect one another. It wipes out the whole lot of them through such an infection cycle. I don’t know what to make of it. It feels like we are doing a cruel thing.
