What's the difference between 'special deal' 'special offer' and 'on sale'.

Hi Lucy, a special deal refers to a special price, a special offer usually refers more to the product or service being offered, and on sale means that something has a lower price than usual.
These aren't official rules, but in general it's how we use these expressions.
