The Tim じぁん!!!
Sunshine and good vibes today! Science class was a bit of a repeat – moon phases again. We learned about them last year, but I think I know why. Even grown-ups often get confused. Like my mom, she thinks the Earth's shadow makes the moon change shapes. She even demonstrated her idea by using an apple to block the light from a lamp, casting a crescent onto another apple. No offense to Mom, but it's actually the moon's orbit around Earth that changes how much of its lit side we can see. Though, I also admit, the apple thing is way easier to picture at first.

An interesting idea to show her theory. Could you demonstrate your theory by using the apples?
