Today I’m going to make some sentences using the verb “to get”. - John doesn’t get along with his wife’s sister. - After robbing the store, the criminal got away. - When the criminal was captured, he got off lightly. He will only do community work. - I’m getting back home. I will arrive in a while. - I forgot to get back to my friend. He is probably upset. - I had stopped learning Indonesian, but I got back into this language one month ago. - If you want to get ahead at work, you need to speak good English. - Because I didn’t lend him my car, he got back at me by not lending me money. - I get behind the decision of our president. I think he made a good decision. - My kids always get into trouble when I’m gone. - I can’t get back because I already got on the plane. - Passengers are preparing to get off the plane. - I can’t get in my house because I have lost the keys. - What time do you get off from work? - I will get together with Marisa tonight, so I won’t be able to go to the cinema with you. - He got up late because he was scrolling videos on the bed. - What did you get up to on Valentine's Day? - If you want to get your idea across successfully, you need a varied vocabulary. - I didn’t understand your message. What are you getting at?

Hola Eduardo. En general muy bien hecho. "Get home" - llegar a casa, pero a la puerta, no tanto en camino. "I have already done soemthing" - acabo de... "I will" es del futuro simple, normalmente cuando no tienes ningún plan. Aquí tienes detalles - tonight, así que "I'm getting together with". "On the bed" - encima de la cama. "In bed" - dentro de su cama. No hace falta decir "the" porque normalmente estamos en nuestra propia cama, ¡no de otra persona! Muy bien. Sigue practicando. Saludos desde España.
