Or
Would you like (to get) a natural eye, a doll eye or a cat eye?

In most casual conversation, these slight differences might not matter, and listeners will understand based on the context of the conversation.
Although both are correct, I recommend using the first option as it indicates clearly that you are talking about the "shape" (what you are offering).

I suggest maybe your friend can talk while showing her clients pictures, it doesn't matter whether the vocabularies are used right or not, because the important is let clients know these styles intuitively, then they can choose directly.
What's more, if your friend is brave enough, she could ask her clients directly about whether her sentences are right, some clients are willing to teach her.

In all of those sentences you can substitute 'style(s)' with 'shape(s)' if you like.
