Hello, I wrote this sentence in a youtube video about a tornado which is heading towards a house.
"Close the door window will be sufficient to keep out the tornado"
I need know if it's correct use "sufficient" or I need use "enough"
Thanks in advance.

You should be able to keep safe from the tornado by ensuring that all doors and windows are closed. (this sounds more native)

Either word works.
"Close the door window" does not make sense as a subject for the verb "will be". You need a noun clause. A noun clause can be formed by using either a present participle ("closing") or an infinitive ("to close"):
"Closing the doors and windows..."
"To close the doors and windows..."
