He tratado de buscar apps como Grammarly en español, y lamento decirte que no hay nada que sea tan eficiente como esta. 
Respecto a los acentos, las únicas opciones que podría darte son:
1) aprenderte las reglas de memoria (no son tantas)
2) Buscar en internet cada vez que tengas dudas :c

Siento no poderte dar mejores alternativas :c
