In India, there are more than 14 different communities located in
different states, so in every state you will find different clothes
and people following different traditions. Traditional clothes for men in our country
are formal shirts, pants ,t-shirts , jeans, formal suits, kurti sets, and
dhotis for weddings, etc. Women get various choices including sarees, Salvar
Kameez, kurtis, leggings, jeggings, western out feet(??), one piece, jeans, top,
official shirts and formal trousers, middy, skirts, etc..
I don’t know if the plural of the various Indian words should take an S or not, as they would in English. Dhotis? Kurtis or kurties? Kameezes? Also, in English names for articles of clothing would not start with a capital letter. I’m not sure what western out feet is. Boots maybe?
