I [swept] the house yesterday . It [wasn’t (was not)] fun . I don't like to sweep the house . When I swept the house , the broom broke and I was happy. I thought, " I [don't (do not) have to] sweep the house anymore " . But I [lost], [my mom] [bought] new broom.
Good job! I understood what you were talking about! Because we are talking about what we did yesterday (in the past) we use the past tense for verbs. The past tense of [to sweep], [to lose] and [to buy] are irregular verb forms.
