I lived in my hometown when I was a kid, but I don’t fully remember how it was since I was only 4/5 years old at that time. My hometown is a countryside and very far away from the city area. Even the housing proximity was almost 1kilometer with one another. So I remember I had to walk 1kilometer away (0.6 miles) just to see my neighbour! And there were just all jungles in between. There is a river at the back of my house which I often took a swim. It had a very strong river wave, I even once almost get drowned. But when I was back to my hometown 12 years ago, the river had lost almost of its water and became so shallow. I was so shocked by the fact that the nature can change so much over time.
