As for me, if my tongue feels happy from the spicy food, My stomach usually feels bad . Because in my country, the majority of people like spicy food which are very attractive while eating but make us feel painful after eating. I didn't do well to keep the blance between appetite and health. When I was young, I couldn't help to eat spicy food and my stomach seldom felt hurt, but in my thirties, my stomach always sent a singal to me when I decided to eat something spicy. It told me to avoid eating spicy food. In that case, I usually remembered how I recovered from the stomachache caused by hot food last time. The doctor told me that the amount of chili pepper I could eat throughout my life was a fixed value, I have consumed most of them in the past time, so it's just left a little for my rest life. So, I decide to eat plain food for each meal. Though my tongue might be sad, my stomach will celebrate this decision. Keep healthy is the most important thing as peopleget old!
