What is the most important thing for you? My most important
thing is my health. Being healthy means my body and my mind are
normal. Sometimes I do more activity, this is not my normal condition. If I
feel like that, I have to breathe slowly using my nose and mouth. Count down from 10 to 0. Close my eyes and cover my ears with my hands. Then I can control myself.
Do things in the same way, do not
overdo them. You are doing enough. You are always doing great JENNY.
